Yoga classes
- Mondays at 7:30 PM at Mima (Calea Grivitei 8-10) and Zoom
- Thursdays at 7:30 PM at Sambodhi Studio (Strada Popa Rusu 16A) and Zoom
- Saturdays at 11 AM or 11:30 AM, depending on the weather, at Parcul Izvor or at Palatul Universul (Strada Ion Brezoianu, 23-25) and Zoom

The Whatsapp group is for everyone interested in presence, is currently participating in the yoga classes, has participated or would like one day to participate. This is where I send the most up-to-date information about all the classes, including the exact location and time for the Saturday class.

One-to-one classes
One-to-one classes (in my studio or at your place) and small groups (at your place) are available.

Donation
- Classes in person: 80 lei
Subscription (abonament) for 4 classes in person (valid 1 month): 290 lei
- Classes online: 60 lei
Subscription (abonament) for 4 classes online (valid 1 month): 210 lei

If you cannot afford it, you are welcome anyway, but please let me know and donate what you can.
