Category: Reflections

A new idea has come to send you once in a while a few of the reflections I offer, either at the beginning of some of the Yogilates classes or as a response to questions I receive.
Any comments and questions you may have are very welcomed.

If you have the patience to go through through these notes, you will find an alternative vision of life, one that is, as Epictetus* had said, ‘more in accordance with the nature of reality’.
*A Greek philosopher that lived 50-100 AD. His philosophy is of great influence in my own personal life, and of course, in everything I say or write…and I hope also in everything I do!
